Noelle

The last 4 years I have had the privilege to get to know the Hermes family. They work full time for Athletes in Action and have been on the UCI campus for many years. Gus and Suzy have been a huge blessing to many student-athletes at UCI and have had an immeasurable impact on my life.

Their youngest daughter, Noelle, is an amazing little girl with a unique spark and joy for life. She has a very rare genetic skin disorder called Epidermolysis Bullosa or "EB" for short. The way the family has handled and responded to this defies all worldly wisdom and is absolutely inspirational. Their choice to trust God through this trial is not something that is easy to do and speaks volumes to their faith and character.

I was hanging out at their house this afternoon and got the chance to try out my new lens in a short photo shoot with Noelle in their backyard. She was a good sport :) Have a blessed day!
